The CTPP 2000 is available in two basic formats.  ASCII file format and an IVT format which needs to be used with the custom designed Extraction Software.  The ASCII files are available on line and can be downloaded from the Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) TransStats website at http://www.transtats.bts.gov/

The IVT files and the software can be ordered through the BTS bookstore by going to https://www.bts.gov/pdc/index.xml and searching on "CTPP".  When ordering the data you will need to know which Part and State you want.  Some states are packaged together.

Limited pieces of the CTPP 2000 data are also available for download from different servers.  For the latest version of the

EXTRACTION SOFTWARE go to ftp://ftp.camsys.com/clientsupport/CTPPdata/software/  You will need to unzip the software and then install it.
